If there is a seat available, get on board! Tickets for the steam train are in high demand and we recommend that you book at least a week in advance to ensure there are enough seats. This is especially important during peak travel seasons (such as school holidays and public holidays).

As guests come from all over the world and have different tastes, we will arrange dining spots during the itinerary, but meals are at your own expense.

In case of bad weather, we will try to adjust the itinerary to ensure your safety and travel experience. If we encounter extreme weather conditions, we may cancel the tour and refund the full amount, or reschedule your trip to a suitable travel date.

Yes, we offer multiple pickup locations in Melbourne CBD, allowing you to choose a suitable pickup location. Detailed pickup time and location will be provided upon booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy:

• The date can be changed free of charge, but you need to inform us 7 days before the tour.
• Cancellation within 7 days: If you cancel 7 days in advance, you will be fully refunded. If you cancel within 7 days, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• No-Show Arrival: It will be considered as an automatic cancellation and no refund will be given.
