Single room difference:單房差：
The price of this product is based on two people sharing a room (two single beds or one double bed). If you are traveling alone or require a single room, a single room surcharge will be charged. If you are traveling alone and do not mind sharing a room with guests of the same gender, please note this when booking. If you are successful in sharing a room, we will refund the single room surcharge. If three people share a room, or children under 12 years old need to occupy a bed, please note this when booking. We will try our best to arrange a triple room (usually one large bed and one small bed - sofa bed or folding bed) and refund the single room surcharge. If you wish to arrange a triple room with three single beds, it is subject to the hotel's confirmation. If it cannot be confirmed, you still need to bear the single room surcharge.本產品的價格以兩人入住一間房為基礎（兩張單人床或一張雙人床）。若您是單人參團或要求單人入住一間房，將收取單房差。單人參團如不介意與同性別客人拼房，請在預訂時備註，若成功拼房，我們將退還單房差。若三人同住一間房，或12歲以下兒童需佔床，請在預訂時備註，我們會盡量安排三人間（通常為一張大床和一張小床- 沙發床或折疊床），並退還單房差。若希望安排三張單人床的三人間，需視飯店確認情況而定，若未能確認，仍需承擔單房差。

Hotel surcharge:
During public holidays, major events or peak tourist season, hotel prices may increase and we will charge an additional hotel surcharge.

Children's Price:
The default child price is the child bed price, which is applicable to children aged 2 to 11. If children under 11 years old do not occupy a bed, please select the corresponding additional product when booking.

Age of children:
According to Australian law, there are strict safety regulations for children riding in vehicles. Please note the age of the child when booking so that child safety seats and other equipment can be arranged. If there are infants under 2 years old, please select the child seat fee in the additional products.

Information of the guests participating in the tour:
Please be sure to provide accurate personal information (name, gender, ID number, nationality, contact information, whether the child is a child and the child's age, etc.) when booking to avoid affecting your trip due to incorrect information. The travel agency will not be held responsible for any losses caused by incorrect information.

Individual travellers group tour:
This product is a group tour for individual travelers. Under the premise of ensuring that the service standards and content remain unchanged, you may join a group with guests from other travel agencies. Different vehicles and tour guide arrangements are sometimes unavoidable, please understand.

Force Majeure:
If force majeure causes the attraction to be unable to be visited normally, the tour guide will negotiate with the tourists to change or cancel the attraction, or refund the ticket price in the travel product based on the actual situation (not based on the scenic spot's listed price).

Restrictions on leaving the group:
During non-free activity periods, it is prohibited to leave the group early or leave the group midway.

Hotel confirmation:
All confirmed hotel information is subject to the tour confirmation.

Hotel Differences:
Please understand that the hotel services and facilities in some itineraries may be different from those in big cities.

Driver and tour guide:
The tour is usually provided by a driver who also serves as a tour guide. No tour leader or individual tour guide is provided. The driver-guide will try to provide detailed explanations, but the style varies from person to person. If you need more information, please communicate with the driver-guide.

Travel Insurance:
This product does not include personal travel insurance. Guests are strongly recommended to purchase appropriate travel insurance before traveling.
