About this tour

Day 1- Gold Coast Airport Pickup

Arrive at Gold Coast Airport, where you will be picked up by the driver and taken to the hotel. The hotel is located near Surfers Paradise, and you can go to the Starry Sky Observation Deck on your own. This is the only 360-degree seaside observation deck in Australia. From here, you can enjoy the endless blue ocean, beach and city scenery, and enjoy the visual shock brought by the Gold Coast skyline.

Day 2 Dream World (driver and guide will not enter)

[Itinerary Option 1] Dreamworld is Australia's largest and most popular theme park for both adults and children. In addition to the indispensable amusement facilities, you can also observe animals up close, watch a variety of interesting performances and interactive opportunities. After the tour, you will be sent back to the hotel.

**Starry Sky Observation Deck Q1 + Dreamworld can be replaced with Tianbaolin Mountain One-Day Tour/Movie World/Ocean World without any difference

[Itinerary Option 2] A relaxing day trip to Brisbane, including South Bank Parklands, Kangaroo Point, Story Bridge, City Hall, Mount Coosa and other classic attractions in the city. Depart for the Gold Coast at around 4pm that day and be transferred back to the hotel.

Day 3 Danger Point + Tropical Fruit Garden

After breakfast at the hotel, we will go to Rainbow Bay + Danger Point. Located in Coolangatta, the southernmost part of the Gold Coast, it is a headland and a great place to enjoy the beach scenery. The most famous landmark is the State Border Monument (the dividing point between New South Wales and Queensland). Experience the uniqueness of standing on the left foot in Queensland and the right foot in New South Wales. Then we will go to the orchard with up to 500 kinds of tropical fruits and take a tractor train, led by a tour guide. It is colorful and fragrant. After the end, we will be sent back to the hotel (after the three-day tour, we will send you to the airport)

Day 4 Free activities + airport transfer

After breakfast, you can enjoy free time or participate in self-funded activities. The driver will take you to Gold Coast Airport according to flight information.

  • Accommodation: In case of shortage of hotel rooms during peak season, temporary government requisition, large-scale conferences and other special circumstances, other hotels of no lower grade than the original ones will be arranged.     The price of this product is based on two people sharing a room (two single beds or one double bed). If you are traveling alone or require a single room, a single room surcharge will be charged. If you are traveling alone and do not mind sharing a room with guests of the same gender, please note this when booking. If you are successful in sharing a room, we will refund the single room surcharge. If three people share a room, or children under 12 years old need to occupy a bed, please note this when booking. We will try our best to arrange a triple room (usually one large bed and one small bed - sofa bed or folding bed) and refund the single room surcharge. If you wish to arrange a triple room with three single beds, it is subject to the hotel's confirmation. Force Majeure: If force majeure causes the attraction to be unable to be visited normally, the tour guide will negotiate with the tourists to change or cancel the attraction, or refund the ticket price in the travel product based on the actual situation (not based on the scenic spot's listed price).
  8. Restrictions on leaving the group: During non-free activity periods, it is prohibited to leave the group early or leave the group midway.
  9. Hotel confirmation: All confirmed hotel information is subject to the tour confirmation.

  11. Driver and tour guide: The tour is usually provided by a driver who also serves as a tour guide. No tour leader or individual tour guide is provided.   1. For the benefit of all participants, please be sure to arrive at the designated pick-up location on time. If you exceed the meeting time, it will be regarded as giving up the tour automatically and the fee will not be refunded. During the trip, please follow the guide's arrangements and return to the meeting point on time. Late arrival or missing the meeting time will be regarded as giving up automatically, and no refund or rescheduling will be given.
  2. Itinerary Adjustment and Flexible ArrangementThe schedule and tour sequence of the tour may be adjusted according to actual conditions (such as weather, road conditions, etc.). Please note:

    • The departure time and order of daily itineraries may be adjusted flexibly depending on the situation.

  3. Guide Tipping Guests on day tours and multi-day tours within Australia are required to pay a guide and driver tip of AUD 5 per person per day. Guests participating in the Melbourne Snow Mountain Tour are free of tipping (except for chartered tours).
  4. The Company has the right to arrange group tours with guests from other travel agencies, or to have the services provided by cooperating local tour operators.
  5. Safety regulations and bus seat arrangements According to Australian law, all passengers are required to wear seat belts throughout the trip. We will arrange 7- to 57-seat tour buses every day according to the number of participants to ensure that every passenger has a seat, but the seats are not fixed and are on a first-come, first-served basis. Please understand.
  6. Flight Changes and Liability Statement Regardless of whether the customer purchases international or domestic flights through our company or on their own, our company is not responsible for any losses (such as air tickets, accommodation, tickets, etc.) caused by flight delays, cancellations or other changes. Special reminder: The refund and change regulations for domestic flights in Australia are strict. Refunds are not possible after booking, and the change fee is subject to the airline's policy.
  7. Hotels and accommodation conditions Due to the limited conditions of the cities you may visit during your trip, the facilities of some hotels may be different from those in big cities. Please understand. Guests participating in multi-day tours in Australia are requested to bring their own toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers and other personal items.

  10. Traffic problems and force majeure factors The company is not responsible for itinerary changes or delays due to force majeure factors such as transportation failure, weather or traffic jams. Since multi-day tours involve hotel and other reservations, cancellation or change of departure date will be subject to stricter restrictions. After successfully booking, if you need to cancel or modify the itinerary, please pay attention to the following regulations:
  1. More than 30 days before departure date: Cancellation or modification is possible without loss, the tour fee will be fully refunded or one free modification is allowed.
  2. Between 15 and 30 days before departure: If you apply for cancellation, you need to pay 75% of the group fee as a cancellation fee; if you apply for change, you are allowed to reschedule once free of charge, but whether the change fee will be charged depends on the actual situation on the day of application.
  3. Within 15 days before the departure date: Cancellation or change of itinerary will not be allowed, the tour fee will not be refunded in full, and a cancellation fee of 100% of the tour fee will be charged.
  4. Air ticket related: If the tour price includes airfare, once the ticket is confirmed, the airfare portion will not be refunded and cannot be changed.
