Day 1 Arrival in Tokyo (Narita International Airport)

Dear guests, please arrive at Tokyo Narita Airport (NRT) and take the free hotel bus to the hotel to rest and recharge your energy for the upcoming colorful trip to Japan (see the tour book for the specific bus schedule and boarding location). From 10:30 am to 20:30 pm, we have specially arranged for someone to hold a sign at the airport to pick you up and assist you to take the free bus to the hotel. Check-in procedures for Japanese hotels will be carried out after 15:00 pm with passport documents.

Day 2 Tokyo/Yamanashi

After breakfast, head to the exterior of the Imperial Palace Gaien Ichiju Bridge. The residence of the Japanese emperor is a recognized symbol of Japan. Visitors can take photos in front of the Gaien. Go to visit the Senso-Kannon Temple and the Nakamise Shopping Street, and look out over Tokyo's new landmark: the world's tallest self-supporting tower "SKY TREE Tokyo Skytree". Follow the steps to Tsukiji Market (1,000 meters inside the market for lunch).

Fuji as its background, and the mountain scenery is stunning. Visit Mt. Fuji Fifth Station.

We will visit Gion, a good place to experience the ancient charm of Kyoto. We will visit Yasaka Shrine and stroll along the Flower Path. We will visit Kiyomizu Temple, a world cultural heritage site, and stroll along Sannenzaka and Ninnenzaka, which are the business cards of Kyoto tourism.

Day 5 Nara/Osaka

We will go to Osaka to visit Osaka Castle Park. We will visit Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori, which are the busiest commercial streets in Osaka with department stores and various specialty stores. Force Majeure: If force majeure causes the attraction to be unable to be visited normally, the tour guide will negotiate with the tourists to change or cancel the attraction, or refund the ticket price in the travel product based on the actual situation (not based on the scenic spot's listed price).
Restrictions on leaving the group: During non-free activity periods, it is prohibited to leave the group early or leave the group midway.

If you exceed the meeting time, it will be regarded as giving up the tour automatically and the fee will not be refunded. During the trip, please follow the guide's arrangements and return to the meeting point on time. Late arrival or missing the meeting time will be regarded as giving up automatically, and no refund or rescheduling will be given.
Itinerary Adjustment and Flexible ArrangementThe schedule and tour sequence of the tour may be adjusted according to actual conditions (such as weather, road conditions, etc.). Please note:
- The local travel agency reserves the right to adjust the itinerary sequence according to the situation on the day.
- The departure time and order of daily itineraries may be adjusted flexibly depending on the situation.
- The local travel agency will not provide additional compensation or arrangements for missing certain attractions due to flight delays, etc.
Guide Tipping Guests on day tours and multi-day tours within Australia are required to pay a guide and driver tip of AUD 5 per person per day. Guests participating in the Melbourne Snow Mountain Tour are free of tipping (except for chartered tours).
The Company has the right to arrange group tours with guests from other travel agencies, or to have the services provided by cooperating local tour operators.
Safety regulations and bus seat arrangements According to Australian law, all passengers are required to wear seat belts throughout the trip. We will arrange 7- to 57-seat tour buses every day according to the number of participants to ensure that every passenger has a seat, but the seats are not fixed and are on a first-come, first-served basis. Please understand.
Flight Changes and Liability Statement Regardless of whether the customer purchases international or domestic flights through our company or on their own, our company is not responsible for any losses (such as air tickets, accommodation, tickets, etc.) caused by flight delays, cancellations or other changes. Special reminder: The refund and change regulations for domestic flights in Australia are strict. Refunds are not possible after booking, and the change fee is subject to the airline's policy.
Hotels and accommodation conditions Due to the limited conditions of the cities you may visit during your trip, the facilities of some hotels may be different from those in big cities. Please understand. Guests participating in multi-day tours in Australia are requested to bring their own toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers and other personal items.
All hotel rooms in Australia are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is strictly prohibited. If violated, all consequences (including fines, etc.) shall be borne by the guest.
We strongly recommend that all group guests purchase travel insurance in advance. Insurance can provide protection during the trip, covering risks such as accidents and property loss.
Traffic problems and force majeure factors The company is not responsible for itinerary changes or delays due to force majeure factors such as transportation failure, weather or traffic jams. The company is also not responsible for and compensates for personal property loss, health problems or sudden illness during the trip. It is recommended that you purchase insurance on your own.

Since multi-day tours involve hotel and other reservations, cancellation or change of departure date will be subject to stricter restrictions. After successfully booking, if you need to cancel or modify the itinerary, please pay attention to the following regulations:

More than 30 days before departure date: Cancellation or modification is possible without loss, the tour fee will be fully refunded or one free modification is allowed.
Between 15 and 30 days before departure: If you apply for cancellation, you need to pay 75% of the group fee as a cancellation fee; if you apply for change, you are allowed to reschedule once free of charge, but whether the change fee will be charged depends on the actual situation on the day of application.
Within 15 days before the departure date: Cancellation or change of itinerary will not be allowed, the tour fee will not be refunded in full, and a cancellation fee of 100% of the tour fee will be charged.
Air ticket related: If the tour price includes airfare, once the ticket is confirmed, the airfare portion will not be refunded and cannot be changed.
